It has courteous, welcoming staff. The location is marvellous and fab and adjacent to the Safari Shopping centre, the beach, Santiago Mini Golf, Siam Mall Shopping and Siam Park, all shops, restaurants and and the beautiful island of Tenerife.

The hotel is luxury and fairly clean, nestled in a very beautiful building with wonderful view of the sea and mountains. It has a good location short walk to the restaurant whose service and friendliness is exceptional, and bars, shops, and beach, nice pools, good breakfast 6-30 until 10am. The breakfast is served in the restaurant!

Thanks a lot guys for a very enjoyable stay in February. Efficient staff and perfect and lovely location make it a great choice! You will be about a 10-minute drive from Playa de las Vistas. The Michelin-starred restaurant is good, it has excellent dishes. We would stay here again, the venue met expectation.

The hotel was luxurious and clean, with extraordinarily friendly and amicable staff at the reception desk there. The location for Playa de las Americas was particularly good, not far from the seafront, the beach, and shops bars and sea front. We went to The Four Seasons, located quite a walk from the venue, to have some dinner.

I loved sleeping 7 nights in this hotel. The property was modern and absolutely spotless with amicable staff. Good position was an added bonus. They offered a great selection of options for full English breakfast. There was high-speed internet access in the business centre and the service in general was good.

The hotel was hip new, spent my time lovely here. Overall it was brand-new with free teas & coffees. All the staffs were hard-working and top-class. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from Las Americas Beach. There was a large restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. Loved my stay.

This was a very enjoyable stay in February. The location in a very pleasant area was lovely and there were a shopping mall and a market nearby. Found Restaurante Mamma Mia 5 minutes walk from the hotel, dined there. I greatly enjoyed the stay from check-in to informal bar with carbonated drinks.
